Order Help

Products:

To browse for products - place your mouse on the ‘Products’ menu item on the left, and then navigate through our product lines…or use ‘Search’ and enter the product line or theme you wish to see (i.e.: Monopoly, Laurel Burch, grapes, etc).

When you find a product you want, click on the Add-to-Cart button. A summary of your shopping cart is displayed on the left hand side of every page, and by clicking on the Shop Cart menu item, you will be taken to your shopping cart where you can adjust quantities of what is in your cart, or remove an item. Of course at any time until your have finalized the order, you may go back and add or remove items.

Some products have a minimum order quantity or are sold by case quantities only. For products this applies to, it is presented next to the products price.
   If you enter a quantity below the minimum order amount, or else enter a quantity that is not a case multiple, then the quantity will be automatically adjusted in your shopping cart.

When you are ready to place your order, then click on the Check-Out button on your shopping cart page.
Check-out process:

You enter the checkout process, by clicking on the Check-Out button on your shopping cart.

Step One: Confirm your payment and shipment details. Enter a credit card number, or if you have established credit, then you may optionally choose the charge my account payment option.

Step Two: Review all details of your order. If everything is to your satisfaction, click on the Place Order button at the button of the page.

Step Three: View and optionally print your order confirmation. An order confirmation will also be emailed to you. When your order is shipped, shipping charges will be added on to your total. Shipping is charged when the order is packed, so that you are only charged for exact shipping.
Quick-Order: If you have a catalog, you may want to go to the quick-order page and simply enter item the product number and quantity for each item you want. When finished click on the Add-To-Order button which will take you to the shopping cart to to review your order before beginning the checkout process.
All-In-One Store: Is an alternative catalog page with a drop down list of catalogs and a field to enter a search term.
   Choosing a catalog or else entering a search term populates another drop down list box with the results. Select a product from the drop down list to view details.
Search: Full featured search capacity. There is also a link to search for Archived Products as well.
Special Order Products: We have an extensive catalog of special order products, requiring purchases of several hundred or more of an item and a lead time of several months. If this interests you, then email us for details.
My Account:

From the My Account page you may

Click on Edit Account Details to change your password and username. To change other account details, there is a link on the page, which presents a form to fill out.

View Your Previous Order History

If you do not yet have an account, then the My Account link will be replaced with a Create Account link. This goes to a page where you can apply for a wholesale account with us to purchase products. Once you sign in with your user id and password, then prices will appear for all products and you can place an order.
